Burn Boot Camp

My husband and I joined Burn Boot Camp - West Nashville at the end of 2022. We love it! Although waking up at 530am each day can be hard, we genuinely look forward to going to the gym because the workouts are fun and challenging. In addition to fitting in a great workout each day, we are grateful for the community that Tammy and Justin (the owners) have built at this gym. Highly recommend checking out a few classes! Parking is easy, various class times are offered with child care during afternoon classes.

Love this community and all of the trainers! Burn has been the best investment in myself and the best way to start my mornings! The atmosphere is amazing and everyone genuinely cares about each other. Tammy has done an amazing job of creating such a welcoming place for everyone! I never thought I would be a 5 AM gym girlie but I’ve never felt better!

absolutely amazing! from the second i walked in and until i walked out, i felt nothing but warmth and positivity. everyone was so nice and helpful and supportive! the workout was awesome and easy to follow! plenty of modifications for everyone and it’s your pace. super supportive as the coaches are your cheerleaders to get you through the class! highly recommend to any and everyone ! i can’t wait to continue to come here!

I moved to Nashville last August and was so excited to see a Burn opening up close to my house. I didn’t know anyone going into it, but now I have met some of the best people because of this gym. It’s a community, and that’s what I needed in order to stay committed to working out and bettering myself. Tammy and Justin, the owners, are two of the kindest people I’ve met. They care about each member and get to know EVERYONE that comes into their doors so that you know you have a friend there. I also am employed at this Burn location, and I can say firsthand that Tammy and Justin’s kindness and empathetic personalities carry to their employees. I enjoy coming to work and being around these amazing employees! This burn location is unlike ANY other location I have been to. Here you are part of a community. The trainers are phenomenal and are always there to answer questions, talk about concerns, give you modifications, etc. Not only is every trainer extremely motivating and help create results for everyone, they are also incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of health and fitness. It’s impossible to feel alone or in the dark about anything regarding health or fitness here! No matter who you are or where you are on your fitness journey, Burn Boot Camp of West Nashville is for everyone!!

As a member and an employee, I only have great things to say about Burn. From a member standpoint, the work outs are fantastic and challenging and the community is supportive, uplifting, and encouraging. From an employee standpoint, I truly look forward to going to work each and every day. It is so much more than just a job, it’s a family. The owners are not only passionate about the success of the gym, but also their members and their employees. I have been a trainer elsewhere, but I’ve never felt as at home as I have here.
